Services provided:

Consultation: make recommendations to homeowners if they choose to do the work themselves.  A packet of information is provided.

• Limited: minimum is 5 hours, flat rate applies.
• Open-ended: add as many hours (after 5) as needed to meet homeowners’ needs or to assist the homeowner through the process, at their request.

Complete design package: a design sequence is followed from setting objectives with the homeowner all the way through the working drawings which include layout and planting plan. Meetings are set up with the client at different points during the design process.  Drawings are presented at the completion of the process.   Complete packages typically take about 40 hours to complete.  

Plant acquisition: a fee is charged for locating plants, placing plant orders and being responsible for those plants when they are delivered to the site.

Observation and assistance at plant installation if contractor is unknown to designer, at the request of the client.

Oversight of the entire project; manage the contractors, etc. at the request of the client.
